Invasion route: inhalation, ingestion
Health hazards: This product seriously damages mucous membranes, upper respiratory tract, eyes, and skin. Inhalation can cause death due to spasms, inflammation, and edema of the larynx and bronchi, chemical pneumonia, or pulmonary edema. Contact can cause burning sensation, cough, wheezing, laryngitis, shortness of breath, headache, nausea, and vomiting.
First-aid measures
Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing and immediately rinse thoroughly with plenty of flowing water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
Eye contact: Immediately open the upper and lower eyelids and rinse with flowing water or saline solution for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
Respiratory inhalation: Quickly evacuate the scene to a place with fresh air. Keep the respiratory tract unobstructed. Administer oxygen when experiencing difficulty breathing. When breathing stops, immediately perform artificial respiration. Seek medical attention.
Digestive tract ingestion: If ingested by mistake, rinse your mouth immediately and drink milk or egg whites. Seek medical attention.
